Walking the Labyrinth
for the Fall Exquinox

On this day of equal daylight and dark come walk the labyrinth in prayer and meditation seeking balance and growth for moving forward into the spring of this year. One walks the labyrinth in personal prayer and meditation. We will begin at The Yoga Space with an introduction to labyrinths and walking meditations followed by a contemplative walk to and on the Chartres Labyrinth at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, and return to the Yoga Space. Join us for what ever fits your needs and time schedule.
Meg Scott-Johnson is a trained spiritual director and a trained labyrinth facilitator. Meg has walked labyrinths in prayer and meditation since 1996. She has facilitated labyrinth walks in Texas and Colorado. She is grateful for the outdoor Chartres Labyrinth at St. Peter's Episcopal Church available for public use.
A Freewill offering would be appreciated. The proceeds will be donated to St. Peter's Episcopal Church for the maintenance of the labyrinth.
