Breath & Restorative Yoga Workshop
Although there are many ways to help you relax your body, relieve stress and lower your blood pressure, breath is one that is always available to you. In this class you will explore the full potential of your lungs. Most people are surprised to learn they only use 60-80% of their lung capacity! This class will teach you several different types of breathwork that will help in releasing toxins that are stored in the body, reducing stress, and providing more oxygen to your body.
This class does not require that you have practiced yoga or even want to practice yoga… everyone can benefit from understanding how to breathe more effectively.
