If you are experiencing discomfort in your hip joints, it may not be your hips at all. It could be your connective tissue, the hip rotator muscles, the pelvis, or the lower back. In this class we will work all the muscles that contribute to easy movement of the hips. You will learn ways to open the hips, but also poses to help strengthen the hip rotator muscles.
