
Hot Yoga Class

Hot yoga is a sequence of yoga poses performed in 100+ degree temperatures and high humidity. The reason for the hot temps is to increase the blood flow, raise the heart rate, and increase muscle mobility. We have been asked about hot yoga classes many times, so we are now bringing it to you at a variety of times, both on a weekly basis, Fridays from 11:00 am – 12:15 pm and monthly, the second Sunday of each month from 3:00 – 4:00 pm.
