
Hot Yoga Workshop
Hot yoga is a sequence of yoga poses performed in 100+ degree temperatures and high humidity. The reason for the hot temps is to increase the blood flow, raise the heart rate, and increase muscle mobility. We have been asked about hot yoga classes many times, so we are going to try it out with a workshop and if there is enough interest, we will start a series in January. So, make sure you tell all your friends!
