NEW 6 Week Not-so-beginner Series w/ Sara
Ideal for those who:
- have done yoga in the past, but “it’s been a while”
- are in good physical condition, but have never done yog
- would like to learn more about “flow” yoga
- want to do yoga on Saturday morning, but like to sleep in
In this six week series, we will practice some of the stronger sequences of a vinyasa class, including Sun Salutations.
Vinyasa simply means to move from one pose to another on an inhalation or an exhalation. Some poses will be held for several breaths, either for exploration or for rest, but for the most part, we’ll be moving the whole time. Breath and balance are vital to a vinyasa or “flow” class. But, don’t worry: we’ll keep at least one foot on the ground at all times!
Cost of the 6-week series is $85 and is due upon registration. Minimum of 3 confirmed participants is required for the series to take place.
