New Year Beginner Series
Every year when New Year’s Resolutions start, we hear the message “New Year, New Me”. We want to change that messaging to: “you’re perfect just the way you are.” But, if you want to start a New Year’s intention or goal, join us for this beginner series with Sara. We will practice some of the stronger sequences of a vinyasa class, including Sun Salutations and empowering Warrior and Goddess poses. Vinyasa simply means to move from one pose to another on an inhalation or an exhalation. Some poses will be held for several breaths, either for exploration or for rest, but for the most part, we’ll be moving the entire time. Breath and balance are vital to a vinyasa or “flow” class. But, don’t worry: we’ll keep at least one foot on the ground at all times!
