Strong Yoga Class with Ali White

We have a new face at The Yoga Space! We’re excited to be bringing you another new lunchtime offering with our new strong yoga class with Ali! This will be a strong class, combining flow yoga with isometrics from Pilates and Barre disciplines, as well as Reiki energy work. Ali has a lifetime of body movement experience. From dance company and team sports in her youth, and playing collegiate softball to massage therapy as her chosen career path for 16+ years, Ali’s knowledge of the human body is extensive. Eventually, Ali became a certified Barre3 instructor, continues her studies in personal training and yoga, and continues to seek out best practices in supporting whole body health in all aspects. She enjoys being a lifelong learner and student of life.
