Restorative Yoga
Instructor: Corine
Many people think of restorative yoga as a much slower paced sequence, and it is, but don’t let that fool you as the benefits are plenty!
Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and often to prepare for pranayama.
Restorative yoga increases flexibility, mental clarity, reduces stress, supports the nervous system, the immune system, and so much more!
Join us for a relaxing and healing restorative yoga class the first Wednesday of every month.
