Join Jody as she leads you through a Sound Vibration Mindfulness meditation and Sound Bath.
This will be a very informative class about using our own voices, breath techniques and mindfulness meditation to stimulate and balance the vagus nerve, which plays a huge roll in strengthening our parasympathetic nervous system, while calming the sympathetic nervous system. The skills you will be taught can easily be done by you, at home with no extra equipment or instruments. There is no more powerful healing tool than the human voice. You do not need a “good” singing voice or musical experience. Simply allow your own vocal vibrations do the magic.
The first half of this class will be interactive, followed by relaxing Sound Bath during which Jody will play various vibrational instruments to further induce a state of deep relaxation and healing.
