With over 10 years of experience, Mae uses gentle yoga as a healing therapy on herself and is eager to share what she’s learned with you.
Focusing on proper alignment and full range of motion, this inclusive beginner series is designed to help anyone new to yoga learn the basics, is great for our friends recovering from injuries, and will leave even experienced students feeling confident in themselves and in their bodies after class.
