Tuesday Tip: Preventing Burnout

“Many times, when you start a new exercise routine you can get bored or burn out quickly. One of the best ways to prevent this is to change up your routine!

If you’re normally a morning work out person, try working out in the afternoon! If you normally exercise on the weekend try working out during the week (and vice versa). Try running outside instead of on the treadmill.

The same goes for yoga. If you find yourself a little less motivated, change things up! If you normally go to our morning classes, try our evening or weekend classes. If you’ve always done our in studio classes, try one of our off-site events. Changing things up can be a great way to keep things fresh, interesting, and motivating when you’re starting a new work out or yoga routine or have been doing it for years! 🙂 “
